Aw my boyfriend was so sweet! As we were coming home he reached out in the car and kissed me hard before my parents came to the front door. He told me he’d look beyond everything to see the real me. I kissed him again and said I’d do the same. We met up the next day and walked together hand in hand at a spot only we knew about. It was the most romantic thing ever!
Overall, I’d say it was an excellent dream. Pardon me, I’m going to nap now just in case he comes back.

Textbooks are fucking expensive, and if your professor doesn’t require a physical copy (most don’t - they just want you to have the book at hand. Or maybe even not. Some professors literally give no fucks about whether you have the book or not) and you don’t mind having your…

I will never understand my dad.
I do really well in school. It’s just been natural for me, my whole work ethic. However, I almost wish I didn’t do that well. I’ll be starting the entire, ugly college process soon. While I’m not entirely sure what career path I’ll eventually choose (who is?), I …
I dont mean to but into your business but i was looking through college related posts and i stumbled upon yours. Now idk if youre a guy or girl, but im a guy and i had the same problem. I’ve always been really smart too and things would come easy to me, but its always more history and psychology and political things. My mother heard me once think about becoming a doctor and instantly started pushing for it a lot. I am in college now and my major is biomedical sciences and i absolutely hate it. I just stuck with it to make my mother happy, but what i really want to do is major in business marketing. The best advice i can give you is to really ease into conversation with your father about changing it or else you’ll end up like me. Half way into my first semester in college now and i keep mentioning to my mother that i want to change my major. Parents will keep putting up a fight cause they want the best for you, but at one point you need to take what they say into consideration, but then do what makes you happy. When youre in college its you on your own and you’re in control of your life. YOU are the one taking the classes and YOU are the one with your whole life ahead of you. Despite my mothers concerns i went on my own and declared my major for next year as business. When you’re in college you dont even need to apply under the major you want, you can just go in undeclared, kinda throw your dad a bone in a way, And actually try Science just for a bit just to put it in his face that you gave it a shot and dont like it, he cant dispute that. The law thing on the other hand is an even easier situation. I was considering law too, and really you can major in anything and still go to law school, so kinda tell him you’re doing that if you want. Especially the fact that a majority of people that go to law school major in history or political science. So just think about it. I wish you the best of luck.
Thanks, I appreciate it, really. It’s not butting in at all.

I hate being called stupid and stubborn. I’m not, really. I just feel unsupported in everything.
